Last night I had a dream I was in Hawaii! I could feel the warm, mushy sand between my toes, the salty air whisper past my shoulders, and the greetings of the waves kiss my cheeks. I often have dreams on tropical beaches (my favorite place in the world) and it makes me so happy!
One of the instant sense memories I get of Hawaii are the smells of plumeria, gardenias, tuberose. Anytime I smell that I can close my eyes and feel magical Hawaii and a piece of the aloha spirit. This morning I wanted to keep that theme going as I think its a great way to finish the week; with some happy, familiar scents. I am listening to John Cruz, sipping my coffee and smelling Diptyque's Tuberose candle, dreaming of sherbert colored skies, sunkissed skin, and lilikoi cocktails.aloha, x jules
