Lets talk about the most wonderful part of the day...my personal favorite, BREAKFAST.
Anyone who knows me knows me knows how much I love breakfast. I can't get enough. I am SUPER greedy and love all of it. I don't care if its brunch, avo toast, an omlette. Whatevs, just gimme some brekkie!!!
Problem #1 I work and commute.
Problem #2 Uh no I can't go to mimosa brunch at 11:30am in the Mission.
Solution? Give me something quick, semi-healthy, easy. I prefer to eat around 9 or 10 since I start my mornings super early and like to enjoy a cup of coffee. My latest obsession is oatmeal. K I kinda don't mind that its like baby food, its good! Overnight oats, straight up oats, porridge style, all of it I love. A lot of my weirdo friends hate oatmeal because of the texutre, so those of you reading just scroll down.

After wandering in whole foods I found a maple multi grain muffin flavored instant oatmeal! WHAT A MOUTHFUL. It has oats, chia, flax, amaranth and quinoa. Uh yuuuum. Filled with some of my favorite grains (amaranth) protein packed flax, and a yummy flavor? Count me in. Its nutty, creamy, not sickly sweet and best of all I am totally full. Also great for those of you fake gluten free people **rolls eyes** (no offense to the real gluten sensitive out there.)
Another thing I found while wandering at Nordstroms is the 8 green tablets. I love me a good green juice, but sorry, I don't always feel like spending $9 on cold pressed spinach ya know? I also can't carry around my beloved vitamix...so this seems like a great option. Spinach, aloe vera, chlorella, spirulina and everyones' fave kale. This is awesome! Seriously. Sneak it in your kid's water bottle. Sneak it in your husband's nightly martini. I don't care what you do but you gotta try it! This tastes like adult kool aid. Its kind of fizzy, super light. I don't understand why I kind of taste pear, but I am definitely into it. I am happily listening to Len's "steal my sunshine," I am super full, feel energized and ready to seize this hump day.
